At 15 Pounds Heavier, She's Exercising Less and Is Much Happier

For women working incredibly hard, killing themselves at the gym and restricting their food to get their weight down, here's a breath of fresh air from Lucy Baker. She says in this Instagram before and after, "I weighed myself this morning and I'm the heaviest I've been since getting fit. This time last year I would have gone crazy exercising and tightening up my diet to get back to where I was. I would have panicked about the extra fat I'd gained and how I would lose it again."

But over this past year she's learned to let go a little, to relax her fit and healthy lifestyle. She says, "Yes I may have been at my leanest in the picture on the left, but I'm much stronger now, much happier and I feel just as fit even though I'm exercising less 💪🏻"

Lucy wants you to know that, "There's no need to completely restrict yourself of the things you love or exercise 3 times a day to reach your goals. You can be fit and healthy and still enjoy yourself — so #screwthescale and enjoy life to the full 😚💛"
