Workout Music Spring 2015

Put a Spring in Your Step With Brand-New Workout Music

While I no longer live in a city where I need to thaw out after Winter, I really do feel your pain. Four Winters at the University of Michigan made me realize how incredible those first days of Spring feel. But once my heavy coats and thick sweaters got boxed up and lighter clothes came out to play, I stepped up my cardio game to feel as confident as possible. If you can relate but are having a tough time getting motivated, let this pop-filled soundtrack (help) do the work. It's full of new music that will keep you feeling strong throughout your workout. Subscribe to the Spotify playlist, and get ready to move.
