For her most recent Fitness Friday post, Halle told us her four key cardio exercises "to set your body (and fat) on FIRE," she said in her caption. "Regular cardio just ain't gonna cut it. Weighted Jacks

Halle and Peter took the classic jumping jack and increased the intensity by incorporating hand weights. Complete three sets of 50 reps.

Weighted Skier Jumps

Weighted Skier Jumps

Weighted skiers are basically an advanced squat jump. To perform them, lower down into a squat and then jump up as high as you can (with control) extending your arms overhead. Halle said to perform them with ankle weights or hand weights. Complete three sets of 30 reps.

Weighted Run and Punch

Weighted Run and Punch

If you thought high knees were challenging, wait until you try the weighted run and punch. This move will get your heart rate all the way up while testing your coordination. As you perform high knees, simultaneously throw punches with weights in your hands. Complete three sets of 40 reps.

Palms to Knees or Straight Jump

Palms to Knees or Straight Jump

Finish off Halle's intense workout with palms to knees, aka tuck jumps, or squat jumps. Complete three sets of 20 reps.
