I started with 24 hour fasting for 2 days where you only drink lots of water and no food intake. From 6am to 6am the following day, magkurog jud ka ug gutumon labi na sa second day inom ra jud daghan tubig. After 24 hour fasting I transition to 16:8 fast which is the easiest one coz I only fast starting 9pm until 12pm and the remaining 1pm to 8 pm is allotted for eating (feasting). I do not eat food for the entire 8 hours😂, moeat ra ko mga 2pm ug skyflakes and yogurt, mga 5 pm fish or chicken, basta if makahunahuna lng jud ug kaon. CHEAT DAYS: 1. I eat shawarma rice or chicken and rice sa feasting hour. 2. May pakain ang mga kaila😄 🚫This is not recommended for people who are underweight, suffering from Diabetes, under insulin, pregnant, with eating disorder and have other medical conditions. 👉If you feel this isn't for you don't do it.
