Halle Berry is currently in Morroco filming for John Wick 3: Parabellum, but those long days on set won't stop her "Fitness Friday" series on Instagram. Halle trains like a badass doing workouts like boxing, yoga, and martial arts. In order to perform and feel her best while training, Halle shared that her recovery game has to be on point.

"To the people out there with injuries or who grind like I do working long hours or double shifts - recovery can be just as important as the workout. Carrying a child or being on my feet all day for work can bring the same wear on my body as my Judo workouts," she said in her caption.
