If you're anything like us, you're always looking for new ways to make eggs. They're the staple most people can't go without, but exciting ideas for scrambled eggs run out pretty easily. Thankfully, some of our favorite celebrities who love to cook have shared their favorite ways to prepare eggs, proving there are recipes we haven't tried yet that we now plan to (Julianne Hough's tip is ingenious!). These are the celeb-approved egg-cooking methods we highly recommend.

Chrissy Teigen: "Cheesy" Eggs, Hold the Cheese

Home cook extraordinaire Chrissy Teigen swears by her method of creating "cheesy" eggs without the cheese, thanks to her secret ingredient: heavy cream. Her tip for getting them as creamy as possible with no browned spots? "Don't stop gently stirring and scraping (edges and all) for more than a few seconds!"

Julianne Hough: Steamed "Fried" Eggs

Julianne Hough has a blog where she shares inspiration for all things food, fitness, and more, and she has a little-known tip for getting "fried" eggs with less much grease (and no the risk of breaking the yolk if you flip it over). Her steamed eggs breakfast involves adding a bit of water to the pan before covering with a lid and letting the whites set and the yolk cook partially. "They end up being a fried egg with a poached yolk," she said.

Tiffani Thiessen: Goat Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Frittata

In case you missed it, former Saved by the Bell star Tiffani Thiessen has a cooking show called Dinner at Tiffani's, and she has plenty of sophisticated but easy recipes, like her cheesy goat cheese and sun-dried tomato frittata. What makes her frittata even more appealing is it's cooked entirely on the stovetop — no need to bother with the oven.

Ian McKellen: Low and Slow Creamy Scrambled Eggs

Oddly, Ian McKellen had a viral scrambled eggs Facebook video back in 2015. "You're lucky because these are the best scrambled eggs in the world," he said. His technique is to crack the eggs directly into the pan and add half and half, butter, and salt and pepper before even turning on the stove. Then he turns on the heat and stirs constantly until the eggs (slowly) begin to scramble.

Lea Michele: Egg White Frittata

Lea Michele's egg white frittata recipe (pictured above) is the ultimate one-pan meal perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. She makes an otherwise bland egg white frittata more interesting by adding a ton of different veggies and lots of feta cheese.

Lauren Conrad: Egg White Veggie Omelet

Lauren Conrad's go-to egg recipe is a simple veggie omelet that'll keep you feeling full all morning. Instead of sauteing onions to add flavor, she uses onion powder to keep the texture smooth while amping up the flavor. Side note: does anyone remember when LC would eat scrambled eggs with salsa on The Hills? That's also a solid option.

Cameron Diaz: Fridge-Leftovers Eggs

In an interview with Goop, Cameron Diaz revealed her favorite way to eat eggs in the morning is to turn a random mixture of leftovers into a cohesive dish. "I usually use whatever is left over in the fridge from the night before. I first sauté whatever the freshest veggies are with garlic, add the leftover protein, carbs, a little chicken stock, and then add either a fried egg or a scramble and voila!"
