This 5-Ingredient Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Recipe Looks Like a Dream Crumb True

If there was a contest for best homemade dessert, cookies packed with more cookies would win in my book. In a video shared to TikTok, user Karina Ark shared a supereasy recipe for Oreo cheesecake cookies that takes this dessert to a whole new level by adding cream cheese to the mix. The cookie-packed recipe only requires five ingredients, including a block of cream cheese and an entire pack of Double Stuf Oreos. So catch me whipping up a batch of these in my kitchen this weekend! If you're ready to make your house smell like the sweetest bakery you can imagine, here's what you have to do:

  1. Using a hand mixer, beat together eight ounces of cream cheese, two sticks of softened unsalted butter, and 1 1/2 cups of sugar until smooth. Then slowly beat in two cups of flour.
  2. Crumble 20 Double Stuf Oreos into large chunks, and fold the cookie pieces into the dough.
  3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In the meantime, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Once the dough is chilled, use an ice cream scoop to place the batter on a greased cookie sheet. Flatten out each ball of dough with the back of a spoon to help them spread before popping them in the oven to bake for 14 to 16 minutes.
