If you like to drink your dessert, then you may want to check out the new Jim Beam Vanilla ($16). The bourbon is mixed with Madagascar vanilla liqueur and, according to the press release, tastes of "subtle vanilla sweetness and hints of oak and deep caramel bourbon notes." A shot of this vanilla bourbon is sure to taste like a batch of freshly baked cookies, and I personally can't wait to mix this with a splash of Coke or in an old-fashioned with Luxardo cherries and orange peel.
