Handcrafted by blogger Elsie Larson from A Beautiful Mess, the decoration comes together using a plastic flamingo, black spray paint, and white electrical tape — that's it. You can craft these faster than a ghost says "Boo!" Elsie got her inspiration from fellow blogger Krys Melo and added her own spin, resulting in a cute (not creepy) creation.
