The holidays are all about spending time with the ones you love, and a huge chunk of that can mean being with a significant other. From Hallmark movies to cozy date ideas to that still-perfect declaration of love in Love Actually ("To me, you are perfect"), being in a relationship almost seems like a requirement for the holidays. But while sometimes it can be a little annoying to fly solo this time of year, it can also be sort of a blessing. Just because you don't have a partner right now doesn't mean the most wonderful time of the year has to be any less wonderful. The holidays are about being with friends and family, too!
