Recall Alert! If Your Baby Is Obsessed With This Rattle, Beware

Check your kids' toys carefully. The major Swedish toymaker BRIO just issued a recall of their soft hammer baby rattle toys because they might be a choking hazard.

The company formally recalled 1,500 rattles that were made between March 2015 and June 2017.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the rattle toys are being recalled because the wooden rings on the hammer can crack. So far, seven reports of the ring actually cracking have been filed, but no injuries have been reported.
