Chocolate and Banana Nut Butter Blast

Notes

"The classic combination of bananas and peanut butter is reworked in this smoothie. The banana contributes potassium and fiber, and the nut or seed butter adds protein. The chocolate makes it a little more 'fun,' but feel free to make it without the cocoa powder if you or your kids prefer." — Jessica Fisher
