- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 small banana, broken into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon natural unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or other nut or seed butter of your choice
- Place the ice, banana, milk, cocoa powder, and nut or seed butter in the blender cup or pitcher.
- Blend until very smooth.
