Dogfish Head Is Releasing a Pink Craft Beer Because Dreams Really Do Come True

Remember when you totally rocked out to the Flaming Lips way before you had kids in the '90s? Well, you might want to tune up those air guitars, because the group is collaborating with Dogfish Head to create a pink beer that will transport you back to those pre-kids-run-your-life days.

In anticipation of Record Store Day on April 21, the Flaming Lips is planning on dropping a new two-song vinyl album and a superphotogenic craft beer to match. It's the fourth year that the Delaware-based brewery will be the official beer of the holiday, and honestly, there's zero doubt the new brew will turn a lot of heads.

In terms of a flavor profile, beer fanatics can expect a pale ale with notes of passion fruit, dragon fruit, pear juice, black carrot juice, and yumberry.

Oh, and for all the Flaming Lips fans out there? Prepare to play "The Story of Yum Yum and Dragon" and "Pouring Beer in Your Ear" on repeat. Look for the group's new album through August.
