Kristin Cavallari Doesn't Give a Hoot What Mom-Shamers Think — and She's Not Afraid to Say It

As far as mom-shamers are concerned, Kristin Cavallari — former star of The Hills and author of the cookbook True Roots: A Mindful Kitchen With More Than 100 Recipes Free of Gluten, Dairy, and Refined Sugar — has a zero-tolerance policy.

She told People that as soon as she published her cookbook, she was bombarded with questions about what her kids, Camden Jack, 5, Jaxon Wyatt, 4, and Saylor James, 2, eat. And while the 31-year-old mom admits that her kiddos mostly eat at home, she's not against eating a meal out every now and then.

"How I eat, I cook at home, and that's what they eat. But we go out to breakfast every weekend," she said. "They get donuts every weekend. It's not like they're on some stupid diet. They're kids."

She went on to add that what she chooses to feed her kiddos is really none of anyone's business but hers and her husband's. "Getting backlash about anything I'm doing when it comes to parenting, I really don't give a sh*t about because I'm so confident at what I'm doing as a mom that I don't care."
