According to a recent Instagram, Jennifer Garner had that very experience when a librarian showed her a note that her 5-year-old son, Samuel, anonymously tucked into his library book for a stranger to find.

The adorably sweet note in question read — in superneat penmanship, might we add — "Hello. You are loved. I believe in you."
