This Video of People With Down Syndrome Describing Themselves Proves We're More Alike Than Different

In honor of World Down Syndrome Day on March 21, Nothing Down, a New Jersey-based organization that supports expectant and new parents of a child with Down syndrome, released a video to make a powerful point: people who have Down syndrome are exactly the same as those who don't. The video project called, "More Alike Than Different," asked college-age men and women who have Down syndrome to describe themselves, and their answers are nothing short of amazing.

The four students that were interviewed opened up about some of their goals and what they consider to be their best qualities. For example, Bryan said that his hidden talent is "growing a beard out all the way to the floor," which, by the looks of it, is totally true. The students also touched upon topics like their dream jobs, current dating lives, swimming in the Special Olympics, and what they each plan to do in five years. And guess what? Their dreams pretty much line up with most of ours. After all, who wouldn't want to be an Eagles cheerleader?

Check out the video above to hear everything they had to say about how we're all definitely more alike than we are different.
