Joanna Gaines Had to Convert a Room in the House For Crew's Nursery, but You'd Never Know It

There's no design challenge too big for Joanna Gaines, and even though designing Crew's nursery wasn't a from-the-ground-up job, she likely had to think outside the box a bit, as the room was originally the family's den. You'd never know it from looking at the photos filled with Crew's baby things that the room used to be a place the whole family hung out, but that's the reason we love the mom of five's design skills so much — every room she decorates looks homey as soon as she's done putting her touches on it.

"I wanted to create a room that would celebrate Crew and this new season," Joanna wrote in the upcoming quarterly issue of Magnolia Journal. According to the Magnolia Instagram account, in the article, "Jo shares how they converted their family den into baby Crew's nursery, the ins-and-outs of her design choices, and why simplicity is key."

See all the dreamy photos we have so far of Crew's gorgeous nursery (and silently pray with us that Jo shares more soon).

The first photo of Crew in his nursery — featuring his chic bouncer — looked straight out of a magazine.

Even after a late night with Crew, the nursery still looked dreamy — and look at those baby toes!

This might just be the most peaceful space we've ever encountered.
