Donald Trump Claims He's a Gentleman, Audience Responds With Laughter

During the second presidential debate at Washington University, Donald Trump made a statement that was met with resounding laughter: "No, I'm a gentleman, Hillary. Go ahead."

After a person in the audience posed a question in the town-hall-style debate, Trump began to speak when moderator Anderson Cooper stopped him and explained, "That question goes to Secretary Clinton because you started out the last one to the audience." Hillary Clinton then replied, "He wants to start, he can start," at which point Trump made the aforementioned claim: "I'm a gentleman."

The audience made light of the statement by laughing loudly. This second debate comes just a few days after The Washington Post leaked footage of an offensive conversation between Donald Trump and Billy Bush from 2005.
