Donald Trump Spends Easter Tweeting About His Taxes and Winning the Election

Well, that was fast. It didn't take long for Donald Trump to respond to the various Tax Day Marches that took place April 15. On April 16, the president tweeted his thoughts about the marchers who were demanding he release his taxes. "I did what was an almost an impossible thing to do for a Republican-easily won the Electoral College! Now Tax Returns are brought up again," Trump wrote.

He didn't stop there, either. Trump also called for an investigation into the marches, alluding to the inaccurate conspiracy theory that billionaire George Soros funds anti-Trump protests. "Someone should look into who paid for the small organized rallies yesterday. The election is over!" he tweeted.

Judging by his tweets, it doesn't look like Trump plans to release his tax returns anytime soon.
