Are Meerkats the Sorority Sisters of the Animal Kingdom? The Internet Thinks So

Looking back on old photos can bring back some serious nostalgia, but it can also make you realize funny things you never noticed before. That's what happened when this sorority member pointed out how much her sisters looked like meerkats in their pictures.

The hilarious photo was posted on Reddit and has received over 1,600 comments so far from people who can not get over the uncanny resemblance. "Of the two groups, only the meerkats have any manors," one user joked. "You could submit this for an anthropology or cultural studies course," another added. "I've noticed that when more and more girls gather for a picture, there's an increase in gravity in that area causing them to bend their knees," is probably one of our favorites.

Other sorority ladies quickly caught on to the trend and began meme-ing themselves and their sisters, too.
