On what seemed like a typical movie date, one boyfriend-turned-fiancé popped the question using stop motion animation, Legos, and a whole lot of creativity.

In a Birmingham, UK, movie theater, Ben surprised his girlfriend, Kirsten, by creating a fake movie trailer that played soon after they entered the theater. At the start of the video, a Lego rendering of Ben states, "Hi Kirsten! Just before the film starts, I wanted to tell you just how happy you make me." Ben then details the genesis of their relationship, starting with their first date and ending with him asking her to stand up so that the real-life Ben may propose.

You can watch the touching (and quite impressive) proposal above.
