When freshman Yale student Tarek Ziad found himself quarantined with mumps for five whole days, he decided to do what any other millennial would: document his struggles on Snapchat. In the six-minute clip he uploaded onto YouTube, the witty 18-year-old turned the boring duration of being locked in Yale Health's infirmary room by himself into an exciting one.

While lamenting over how he forgot to bring his phone charger, Tarek recorded a short mock commercial about how Yale Health provides patients with "the world's smallest phone charger." He also joked about how those infamous pink hospital jugs look eerily similar to mini trash cans. "No, this isn't a trash can. It's a water bottle," he said.

Tarek also quipped about being disappointed when Yale Health nurses showed up without wearing nurse hats as shown on the nurse call button. "Frankly, I feel cheated and lied to." Watch the humorous Snapchat video in its entirety above and see for yourself why we can't stop laughing at it.
