Disney is getting in on the drone craze and just in time for the holidays. YouTube user and magazine Attractions Magazine released a mesmerizing three-minute video of what is believed to be a preview of Disney Springs's upcoming drone light show later this year.

The light show event will be called Starbright Holidays and feature Intel's newest "Shooting Star drones," reports VentureBeat. In the YouTube clip above, the colorful drones (referred to as "Flixels" by Disney) can be seen illuminating the night sky in synchronized sequence to classic holiday tunes. Earlier this month, Disney received permission to use drones at its theme park attractions from the Federal Aviation Administration.

The senior vice president and general manager of Intel's New Technology Group expressed his excitement to work with the Walt Disney company, saying to VentureBeat, "When Disney set out to create an all-new holiday experience at Disney Springs, we realized there was a great opportunity to collaborate on the project to deliver a fresh and innovative approach to its world-renowned light shows."

The epic drone light show is rumored to run each night from Nov. 20 through Jan. 8, with previews starting Nov. 16. We've reached out to Disney to confirm if this video is a preview of Starbright Holidays. Either way, we're already excited to see more of these amazing shows in the near future.
