Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill were back to their usual antics on the set of 22 Jump Street in New Orleans, LA, on Saturday. The duo filmed around the Tulane University campus and shot scenes while riding in a giant football helmet together. Channing shared a photo of his jersey via Facebook, adding, "One strapin', two strapin', I'm strapin' up after 14 years. F#*% I'm getting old. #22jumpstreet."
Channing and Jonah recently reunited in the South for the sequel to their 2012 action-comedy and were spotted on the set earlier this month. While the two are obviously working hard in the Big Easy, it seems like they're still making time for fun — Jonah took to Twitter this week to ask fans, "What's the best bar in New Orleans?"
This week on set, Rose Byrne, Jamie Foxx, and Bobby Cannavale all worked on the Annie reboot in NYC, while Channing Tatum was joined by Jonah Hill to begin production on 22 Jump Street down in New Orleans. Channing Tatum and Jonah Hill were on hand to shoot scenes for 22 Jump Street in New Orleans this week. The action comedy is a follow-up to 2012's 21 Jump Street, which is based on the late-'80s TV series starring Johnny Depp. The duo seemed to pick up right where they left off, showing off their onscreen chemistry and sharing a few laughs between takes. Filming for the sequel began last weekend, and Channing shared a snap from the set on Instagram, saying, "And so it begins."
While Channing is in the Big Easy for work, his wife, Jenna Dewan, is taking on mommy duties up north. Jenna stepped out with the couple's daughter, Everly, in Vancouver on Monday while she broke from filming her new TV series, Witches of East End.
