Keanu Reeves and Charlize Theron shared a PDA moment waiting for their cars from the valet outside Bouchon in Beverly Hills last night. They're costars twice over, in The Devil's Advocate and Sweet November, as well as longtime friends, but there was something especially intimate about how she snuck her hands inside his coat to stay warm. He rubbed her back as they embraced, even sharing a quick kiss — you be the judge of whether it's anything romantic, check out the video! Charlize is known to be especially close with her guy pals, like recent red-carpet cuddling with Jeremy Renner, though it would be sweet to see her move on from Stuart with someone she's known forever like Keanu.

Longtime fast driving enthusiast and Handsome Men's Club member Patrick Dempsey was on hand yesterday for the Toyota Pro Celebrity Race press day event in Long Beach. He was joined by fellow good looking guys including Keanu Reeves, Adrien Brody, Brian Austin Green and Christian Slater. Chuck's own Zachary Levi was also there fresh from a trip to SF for Wonder-Con to do some of his own stunt work as well as pro-skater Tony Hawk who's no stranger to extreme sports. Patrick's usually seen zooming around LA in one of his own fancy sports cars but yesterday he was doing laps on the track before going head-to-head against the rest of the celebrities during the April 17 race.

In this week's edition of Flashback Friday, we're taking a trip back in time to when Sandra Bullock was out promoting Speed with Keanu Reeves. Their adorable chemistry was on display when she crashed one of his interviews, looking goofy and funny as she gave him a bear hug. Of course, it's all different now that Sandra's won her first Oscar for her role in The Blind Side — check out Sandra's '90s style below!

The leading ladies of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee hit the red carpet in NYC on Saturday evening. Blake Lively didn't address rumors she's going into business with Victoria Beckham as she smiled for the cameras, while her boyfriend Penn Badgley mingled with fellow Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford behind the scenes. Robin Wright Penn, meanwhile, showed off her new dark hairdo as she posed alongside Julianne Moore and Keanu Reeves. The film's writer and director, Rebecca Miller, brought along her husband Daniel Day-Lewis. He, in turn, was accompanied by a few of his costars in Nine, like Penelope Cruz and Marion Cotillard. Both films hit the box office in the coming weeks, but it looks like the two casts have nothing but support for each other.

Though the stars of The Private Lives of Pippa Lee were walking the red carpet for the film months ago, the movie still won't hit US theaters until Nov. 27. From the trailer, it doesn't look half-bad, and it features some well-known actors like Robin Wright Penn, Julianne Moore, Alan Arkin, Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder, and Blake Lively.

Robin Wright Penn and Blake Lively play older and younger versions of Pippa Lee, a woman who finds herself reflecting on her wild past when her much older husband suddenly decides that they should leave New York for a retirement home. The film is written and directed by Rebecca Miller, writer/director of The Ballad of Jack and Rose and writer of the Proof screenplay.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined Kim Kardashian and Stephanie Pratt to film scenes for The Hills at a Brent Bolthouse photography exhibit in LA last night. Heidi's Playboy cover hits shelves tomorrow, but the interview portion is out now. Spencer conducted the questioning of his wife, in an article that provided way TMI about their sex life. The quotes speak for themselves, so here are a few highlights:

• On LC's rumored sex tape: Heidi: "There are a few moments I’d like to see blasted into space forever. Like when you apologized to Lauren Conrad for the sex-tape rumors so she would come to the wedding, when we know for a fact she did have a sex tape." Spencer: "I would have said anything so you could have your dream princess wedding . . . But I was lying about being apologetic, and I hate lying . . . Yes, I facilitated the rumor, but it was true. Lauren was acting like she was little miss perfect goody two-shoes while [her ex-boyfriend] Jason Wahler was trying to shop the tape. That tape exists!"
• Heidi to Spencer on their sex life: "You know, I was never very sexual before I met you, Spencer. I knew what sex was, but when I met you I entered into a whole new realm of understanding, from fantasy to love . . . Now it's something I look forward to every minute of the day. [Joining the Mile High Club] was maybe the best experience I've ever had in my entire life . . .You’re waking me up to what’s possible, and it makes me want to try every new thing, doing it all kinds of ways— indoors, outdoors, upside down."
• Heidi to Spencer on her implants: "Well, when I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys. The women are so hot — Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Marilyn Monroe, all the Playmates. So iconic . . . I honestly believe God didn’t invent our bodies for us to be ashamed of them. The body is a beautiful creation. If anything, the reason I didn’t show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades . . . I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for you."
