Jennifer Lawrence Stays Glued to Her iPhone at Cannes Catching Fire Bash
Jennifer Lawrence had a jam-packed 24 hours at the Cannes Film Festival. She kicked things off with a photocall alongside her Catching Fire costars Liam Hemsworth and Sam Claflin, and then Jennifer slipped into a gorgeous Dior gown for the evening's marquee premiere. On Saturday, Jennifer joined her boys for the official Catching Fire party. She wore another Dior — this time white with a flower detail — before switching into a gray number. Once inside the bash, Jennifer sat close to Liam, but also stayed glued to her iPhone. Jennifer showed off her big smile while chatting with fellow partygoers. Liam and Jennifer later called it a night, leaving Catching Fire supporters to mingle with models in their Capitol finest.

Jennifer Lawrence Gets in on the Glam in Cannes With Eva and Doutzen
Jennifer Lawrence dressed up in a Dior gown to hit the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival for the Jimmy P.: Psychotherapy of a Plains Indian premiere tonight. Also in attendance to show their support for Jimmy P., which stars Benicio del Toro, were Calvin Klein-clad Doutzen Kroes; Eva Longoria, who wore Atelier Versace; and Jane Fonda. Steven Spielberg, who is serving as one of the jurors at this year's festival, was joined by wife Kate Capshaw for the glamorous event at the Palais des Festivals.
It was quite the day for Jennifer and her men, who were busy promoting their own film in Cannes this morning. Jennifer, Liam, and Sam posed for a Catching Fire photocall after Liam hit the town last night for the Belvedere bash.
Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth Bring Catching Fire to Rainy Cannes
Jennifer Lawrence and Liam Hemsworth linked up with their Catching Fire costar Sam Claflin this morning for a photocall at the extremely rainy Cannes Film Festival! The trio were able to escape the elements by posing inside the Majestic hotel. Jennifer, Sam, and Liam are in France to hype up the second installment of The Hunger Games series, which is out in the US on Nov. 22. Also smiling for the cameras were Lionsgate cochairmen Rob Friedman and Patrick Wachsberger and director Francis Lawrence.
The cast and team behind the film are busy despite the release being six months away. It was just announced that CoverGirl will launch the Capitol Collection, a range of makeup products inspired by the film. And Liam made sure to enjoy the social side of Cannes, too. Last night, he and a group of guy friends checked out the Rev Run and DJ Ruckus set at Belvedere's party inside the VIP Room club.
Liam Hemsworth Spends a Guys' Night Out at a VIP Cannes Bash
Liam Hemsworth stepped out with a group of guy friends last night in Cannes at Belvedere's big soiree. The actor was one of several celebrities in attendance: Solange Knowles also arrived just before Rev Run and DJ Ruckus took to the turntables to spin a set full of throwback hip-hop for the crowd. The Help's Ahna O'Reilly also made an appearance at the party, which was nestled in an underground VIP space in the JW Marriott, right in the heart of the city's bustling festival scene.
Liam is in Cannes to celebrate the Hunger Games franchise, while Miley Cyrus has been tweeting about spending time in the recording studio back in the states as she works on new music. Liam's second film in the series isn't screening during the festival, but the cast — including Jennifer Lawrence — gathered today for a Catching Fire photocall, and Lionsgate is throwing a bash in honor of the film later tonight.

The Hemsworth Brothers Team Up With Julianne Hough and More For Education
Chris, Liam, and Luke Hemsworth joined several celebrities in LA on Saturday for City Year's third annual Spring Break: Destination Education party, a fundraiser to keep at-risk students on the path to graduation. The Hemsworth brothers posed on the red carpet with AmeriCorps members — who serve as tutors, mentors, and role models to students — while television heartthrobs Ed Westwick and Max Greenfield followed suit. The nonprofit cause also brought out Julianne Hough, Rashida Jones, Hailee Steinfeld in a striped Dolce & Gabbana dress, Octavia Spencer, and others.
Inside the event, stars snacked on food, checked out interactive booths, and caught performances from DJ Sky Blu of LMFAO and Skylar Grey. Octavia was on hand to pass out City Year jackets as one of the organization's host committee members, which included Channing Tatum, Anne Hathaway, Vince Vaughn, and others who were unable to attend.

Liam Hemsworth Works Up a Sweat While Miley's Dad Doubts Marriage
Liam Hemsworth hit the gym in LA by himself on Monday. Liam's workout session coincided with Billy Ray Cyrus's appearance on ABC News, where Miley Cyrus's father opened up about his daughter's impending, though uncertain, wedding while promoting his new memoir, Hillbilly Heart. "I know as I was writing the book I wanted to keep that particular moment as open-ended as possible. They're young. They're kids. The great news is, they're great friends." When Billy Ray was asked directly about the likelihood of Miley and Liam making it down the aisle, he said, "I don't know. I really don't. I play it by ear and I know whatever is meant to be, that's the way it's going to happen."
Despite the resurfaced uncertainty over Liam's personal life, he has plenty of professional business to focus on. He heated up the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday during his presentation of the first teaser for Catching Fire. There is also speculation that Liam will land the lead in Ricardo de Montreuil's sci-fi conspiracy thriller, The Raven.
