Naomi Watts's Must Haves: From a Luxury Night Cream to Adidas Sneakers

For minimal makeup days, Watts has been loving Relevant Rele-Wand Lip & Cheek Multi-Tint ($34), a moisturizing multistick that can be used anywhere on the face to add a flush of color. "I love the packaging, and as soon as I opened it, I was like 'Oh, I like the shape," Watts says of the product's smooth, rounded tip.

The actor also appreciates the moisturizing formula. "It doesn't feel cakey and it feels like a lip balm at the same time," she says. "I love something that's versatile and multitasking."

Pro Tip: The multistick is available in six shades — including a peach, pink, bubblegum, orange, red, and berry hue — but her favorite is Persimmon, a bright red. "It's red, but it's not too strong," she says. "You can tone it down so it looks almost like a stain but you can also make it a stronger statement."

Plus, because she prefers super minimal makeup, Watts says a lively red like Persimmon is perfect for her. "I'm definitely drawn to red, probably because I don't put a lot of makeup on anywhere else," she says. "I don't wear eyeshadow or liners. I don't even really wear mascara. It's so annoying to take it off, my eyes get so sensitive."

Watts was introduced to the Dyson Airstrait straightener ($500) at an event when a hairdresser used it on her, and it's now a staple in her hair-care routine. "I was so impressed with how quick it was," she says. How quick, you might ask? "Six minutes, literally," Watts says. "I timed it."

A new launch from Dyson, the Airstrait promises to take hair from wet to dry while smoothing and straightening. "It's a great tool for someone who doesn't want to do too much with their hair," Watts says. "I love to wake up and shower and not do much to my hair at all. I might put on a protective spray or a strengthening treatment but if I have to do my hair and I don't want to use a blow dryer, this is great."

For Watts, anything that helps her avoid a blow dryer is a must-have. "I can't blow dry my hair, I've never been able to do it," she admits. "This is something that's really user-friendly for people that have very little time and have damaged hair."

Pro Tip: Because the Airstrait doesn't have metal plates to aid in the straightening process, it tends to work best for people with thin and either a straight or wavy hair type. Though she's an avid coffee drinker, Watts also likes to enjoy matcha in the morning, specifically the Koma Beauty Matcha Latte ($60). Sweet and spicy, this matcha blend contains L-Theanine to calm, 6g protein per serving, and added ginger, turmeric, maca, and goji. "I just love the spicy taste," Watts says. "It really makes you feel good at the beginning of the day. I can drink it throughout the day. I have to stop drinking coffee at 11 am or it'll interfere with my sleep."

Pro Tip: The powder can be mixed with water or milk, but Watts prefers hers made with almond milk and whisked up with a frother.

For a restorative overnight treatment, Watts has to have the Stripes Evening Wear Rejuvenating Night Cream ($80). A top seller for the brand, this retinoid cream also contains chrysolepis extract, ectoine, and squalane to boost skin elasticity and help with moisture retention. "People have really sworn by this product," says Watts. "It's deeply hydrating."

To avoid potential irritants, it's scented with a light, rainfall-inspired fragrance designed to help you relax before bed. "I know that people get very sensitive," she explains. "I wanted [the scent] to be like you're walking in the garden, like fresh cut grass while the rain is falling. But subtle enough that it doesn't overpower you."

Pro Tip: The cream pairs well with a serum, Watts says, but it's hydrating enough to stand on its own. "During the winter months, I use it in the morning because I tend to get very dry," she adds.

You might never have guessed that Watts is a sneakerhead, but she star simply can't live without her Adidas Stan Smiths ($100). "I definitely have a sneaker fetish," she says. "There's something about Stan Smiths; they stand the test of time. I love the fact that they're worn in; they're the most comfortable shoe."

Pro Tip: Adidas offers a whopping 18 colors of Stan Smiths, but Watts goes for the classic green-accented option, which she styles with almost anything in her wardrobe. "They work with trousers or even a skirt and socks," she says. "I'm just a tried-and-true customer."
