Justin Bieber Arrested For the Second Time This Week

Justin Bieber has turned himself in to face an assault charge in Toronto, CNN reports. The singer traveled to Canada on Wednesday to be booked on the charge, which is reportedly in connection with an encounter with a limousine driver last month. This is the second arrest for Justin in a week — he was taken into custody last Thursday for a DUI and drag racing in Miami. He was most recently seen in Panama, along with his rumored new girlfriend, Chantel Jeffries, riding ATVs and shooting a music video on the beach. For what it's worth, Justin tweeted out the video's premiere on YouTube just minutes before news of his arrest broke.
