Michelle Obama's Favorite Thing to Do With Sasha and Malia? "Catch Up on the Gossip"

Michelle Obama's stylish and successful days in the White House are slowly coming to a close, but the first lady is far from done charming us with her cute appearances and fun family stories. On Wednesday, the first lady hosted her final Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day event for the kids of White House employees — and during a Q&A session with her young guests, Michelle revealed a few adorable stories about her now-teenage daughters, Malia and Sasha, and opened up about what she loves to do most with them.

"When we first got here, Malia and Sasha were little," Michelle told the crowd in the East Room. "They were in fifth grade and second grade. Sometimes when they were little they'd sneak down here, they'd play hide-and-seek. But the older they got, the less excited they were about living in a museum, and they just wanted to live in a regular home." Michelle also shared her favorite part of their nightly family dinners: "I love to catch up on the gossip in my girls' life — whose friends are mad at who and what boys are in the scene. And I love all that gossip stuff."
