Blake Lively Pulled the Style Move You Didn't See Coming at the State Dinner

When Blake Lively stepped out to help husband Ryan Reynolds rep his Canadian roots at the State Dinner on Thursday night, she pretty much stole the whole show. She arrived at the White House dinner honoring Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife, Sophie Grégoire-Trudeau, in a design we didn't see coming. Not only did she upstage her husband, but she may have just upstaged the guests of honor, too. Read on to see if you agree.
