A couple who met at a gym just got married in front of their "entire extended CrossFit family" at the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games. The Brooklyn, NY, natives "fell in love WOD-ing in a pit and running obstacle course races." Christina Moore, the bride, said she never dreamed of a big wedding — but it seems she got her fantasy one anyway. Christina was the one who introduced her husband, Oliver Drewes, to CrossFit, further proof that more strong women are dominating CrossFit. Dave Castro, head of the Games, officiated the ceremony of the superfit couple wearing Reebok Nanos with "bride" and "groom" printed on them, while they recited their CrossFit-inspired vows — it was easily the most exciting CrossFit workout of that day. The couple traded the traditional metal rings for CrossFitters' favorite: Qalo rings. Here's to many more WODs and living the CrossFit motto: Better Together.

Fitness brought us together, (with help from a mutual friend). We met in a gym, I introduced him to Crossfit. We fell in love while wodding in a pit and running obstacle course races. Our dreams for the future include owning a box where we can spread our love of fitness throughout our community. We're Oliver and Christina and we're getting married. We're also going to the 2016 @reebok @CrossfitGames. Could we be the lucky couple who gets married in the presence of our entire extended Crossfit family? Maybe...anything is possible when I'm with this guy, @ollieoops . I wasn't a little girl who dreamed of a big wedding or a white dress. All I ever wanted was happiness and love with a man who loves my brand of crazy. I found that man. He chases me to the tops of mountains before sunrise, he challenges me to WoDs and competitions and races, he supports me in the crazy dream of going to the Games as more than a spectator, and most importantly, we have a blast doing all these things together. With every weight we lift, every wod we log, and every finish line we cross, we get stronger together. These photos represent our whole relationship - driving each other forward when we need it, pulling each other up when we're down, making each other stronger each day, and celebrating life and all the little wins. I love everything about this man and I'm the #luckiestgirlintheworld to be marrying my #swolemate After an amazing week at the 2015 Crossfit Games, I thought he would propose at the 2016 Games, but he did it last month instead....Impatience? Coincidence? Or the universe making plans for this #contest and for us??? I thought we would elope to the top of a mountain for our vows. Why not to Carson, CA? The hikes can wait for the honeymoon. The 2015 @Reebok Crossfit Games was our #bestvacationever will the 2016 Reebok @CrossfitGames top that with a #wodwedding ? Please say YES so we can say I DO!
