As a huge Beauty and the Beast fan, I loved stepping into Be Our Guest restaurant at Disney World, but now Disneyland goers will have a chance to enjoy French cuisine, inspired by the animated film, as Fantasyland will transform into Belle's "provincial town" for a limited time.

Village Haus Restaurant, the Pinocchio-themed restaurant that currently serves flatbreads and brauts, will become Red Rose Taverne, a "lively French taverne with delicious, quick-service meals" Similar to Be Our Guest restaurant, the walls will be "[a]dorned with beautiful murals depicting favorite scenes from Disney's animated feature" and "each room of Red Rose Taverne tells a different chapter of the tale as old as time." There will be a menu change to feature French tavern foods and new signature beverages. The Disney blog promises, "We'll have details to share on these delicious additions soon — and yes, you will be able to try our own version of the Grey Stuff." Hurray!

Also, at Maurice's Treats Snack Cart (that serves twisted bread sticks) near Fantasy Faire, Disneyland promises new twists on the menu. "Marinara, strawberry, and even Grey Stuff dipping sauces will soon be available" to pair with the bread sticks. In case you're wondering what the "Grey Stuff" could possibly taste like, we've heard it's like Oreo or cookies and cream.
