Frozen Caipirinha
Yield10 cocktails
INGREDIENTS
- 5 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 10 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 20 ounces cachaça
- Zest of 2 limes
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour lime juice into ice cube trays, and freeze overnight.
Into a blender, add frozen ice cubes, sugar, and cachaça. Blend until slushy.
Pour into glasses, garnish with a little bit of lime zest, and serve with a spoon.
