Frozen Caipirinha

INGREDIENTS

    • 5 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed
    • 10 teaspoons superfine sugar
    • 20 ounces cachaça
    • Zest of 2 limes

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Pour lime juice into ice cube trays, and freeze overnight.

    2. Into a blender, add frozen ice cubes, sugar, and cachaça. Blend until slushy.

    3. Pour into glasses, garnish with a little bit of lime zest, and serve with a spoon.
