Protein Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

    3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tablespoon agave nectar 2 tablespoons flax meal 1/3 cup peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt 1 frozen banana, peeled and chopped 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and go from mix to liquify in steps. Let it blend on liquify (or the highest setting) for 30 seconds. The trick to this smoothie is REALLY blending it. Taste and add more almond milk if you like a thinner consistency.
