Red Wine Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup whole milk
    • 4 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate, shaved
    • 1/2 cup red wine
    • Whipped cream

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. In a small pot over medium heat, add milk and chocolate and cook until chocolate has completely melted and mixture is hot. Pour into a cup and add red wine. Stir until mixed.

    2. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
