You Would Not Expect This Terrible News From Starbucks

If you've been guzzling down PSLs all season long, no need to worry. But one of Starbucks's holiday favorites, the Turkey & Stuffing Panini, has been pulled from hundreds of locations after it was linked to an E. coli outbreak at Costco.

The outbreak was reportedly caused by contaminated celery used in the sandwich, as well as in Costco's Rotisserie Chicken Salad. So far, 19 people in Western states including California, Colorado, Missouri, Montana, Utah, Virginia, and Washington have been hospitalized.

With recalls occurring left and right at some of the country's most popular restaurants, including a recent scare with Chipotle, we can't help but wonder if it's time to start avoiding chains altogether.
