Sweetheart White Chocolate Popcorn

INGREDIENTS

    • 8 cups popped popcorn
    • 2 cups mini marshmallows
    • 12 ounces white chocolate
    • 2-3 drops butter flavoring
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 cup sprinkles
    • 1/4 cup conversation hearts

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Pop popcorn according to the directions on the package. Place into a large bowl and add mini marshmallows. Mix together.

    2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate plus extract in 30 second intervals until melted through and pourable. Pour over popcorn and mini marshmallows, using a spoon to toss the popcorn gently until it's evenly coated. Spread popcorn out on a baking sheet covered with parchment or wax paper and sprinkle with salt, Valentine's Day sprinkles, and conversation hearts. Let dry.

    3. Break up popcorn into bite-size chunks. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
