When Pringles announced its holiday flavors, we weren't sure what to think. Salted Caramel and Pecan Pie are returning this year, but the brand-new flavor — Sugar Cookie — had us scratching our heads even more than the others. How would a classically salty chip taste when combined with the flavors of a supersweet cookie?

To say we were skeptical and hesitant to try these would be an understatement, but we were utterly shocked by our own reactions. Sugar Cookie Pringles not only taste exactly like original Pringles and a batch of baked sugar cookies, but they're also really, really good. The light sprinkling of sugary seasoning that coats each chip really works, and we found ourselves going back for more of the salty-sweet-crunchy bite. POPSUGAR even had a few high-schoolers in the office who joined our taste test, and they gave the unusual snack their stamp of approval. "Gives me warm feelings, like grandma's hugs," one student wrote. Heart melt.

What makes the chips even more appealing for the holiday season is the undeniably cute packaging: the cozy-looking container finished with a bow makes Sugar Cookie Pringles an appropriate last-minute contribution to any get-together. Maybe Sugar Cookie Pringles are the unexpected snack your holiday party needs this year.
