All you need to do is replace one meal with them (breakfast is usually the easiest), and you'll be on your way to a healthier day.

Ingredients:
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 frozen banana
2 cups spinach
1 cup unsweetened soy milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Vega Performance Protein)
1/8 cup golden raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
3 ice cubes

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
