Besides all of the amazing clothes at the CFDA Awards last night in New York City, the red carpet was covered in blonde beauties with predominantly smoky eyes, nude lipstick and gorgeous hairstyles. Whilst some of the women like Blake Lively, Heidi Klum and Agyness Deyn opted for casual styles with side-swept fringe, others such as Doutzen Kroes, Ashley Olsen, Diane Kruger and Kirsten Dunst wore more intricate updo's.
However, I think my favourite is Molly Sims's.

Molly Sims got the high fashion memo. She braved Dolce and Gabbana's Marilyn Monroe dress for the CFDA awards. She has the svelte figure to pull it off, but maybe she should have played up her hair and makeup to match the drama of the dress.

This week, we featured some celebs who we haven't seen in a while — could it be a comeback for Kristin Cavallari and Sarah Michelle Gellar? While you ponder that, let's focus on their fashion. Lots of color, smart styling, and beautiful smiles.

The 13th Annual Webby Awards brought out a few tech-savvy famous faces in NYC last night. The acceptance speeches have to be kept to five words at the annual event and Jimmy Fallon debuted his on his show last night — "Thank god Conan got promoted" — when he won Webby Person of the Year. Cameron Diaz, who shows her geeky side with her Kindle loving, presented her friend with the statue and had a laugh up on stage in front of the audience.

A handful of stylish celebs attended the 13th Annual Webby Awards in NYC last night, but Molly Sims stole the carpet. She went all out in a sequined Notte by Marchesa dress from the Fall '09 collection and tan Christian Louboutin peep-toes. To add further sparkle to her look, Molly decked her neck out in faceted black beaded necklaces.

Rag & Bone's shiny silver blazer instantly caught my eye, so it's not shocking that it also appealed to both Charlize Theron and Molly Sims. Charlize first wore the bold blazer at the 2008 Fashion Rocks event, along with black leather leggings and a whopping statement necklace. Molly just wore the same shiny blazer to a NYC screening of The Hangover.

Bradley Cooper and Justin Bartha teamed up in NYC last night for a screening of The Hangover. The event wasn't quite as star-studded as the LA premiere, but the guys still looked handsome, especially with Gerard Butler and Will Arnett joining the fun. This weekend we'll get to see the film go head to head with some box office hits, and if Buzz's glowing review is any indication, we might have another blockbuster on our hands.

Last night's theme at the 2009 Costume Institute Gala was "The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion," an exploration of how models have inspired and projected fashions throughout recent years. Of course, my coverage of this event would not be complete without a gallery of models who walked the red carpet. (Here's why some big names didn't show up).

There's a way to stand out without being weird, and I think Molly Sims nailed that tonight. Every corner of her gold Dolce & Gabbana dress has a fun detail and her jewels are oh-so colorful. Do you approve?

What's red, silky, and flawlessly draped? Molly Sims in Donna Karan! The actress attended the Fired Up premiere in LA in a look that made even the red carpet envious.
