It definitely feels like the Harry Potter fandom grows bigger and bigger every week with all the elaborate weddings and theories popping up so often. During an appearance on Pottermore, which is the ultimate site for fans, Rupert Grint even acknowledged how loyal the followers are.

When Rupert discussed the series and reflected on the fandom, he said, "It does always amaze me how people have stayed excited about [it]," he said. "It's stayed relevant to people; it's amazing and just makes you feel very proud to be a part of it."

The actor, who plays Ron Weasley in all eight of the films, is no stranger to the attention Harry Potter has brought into his life. Rupert revealed that although he does miss playing his character, the movies and books have "lived on in so many forms." He added that his favorite scene to film was the human chess game in Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone.

Though his character, Ron, was a Gryffindor all his life, Rupert revealed that he's never been officially sorted. When asked which house he thinks he'd be in, Rupert said, "Definitely Gryffindor. I feel like I belong here."

Watch Rupert actually take the sorting hat test on Pottermore, because the results will surprise you. Hint: the house he is sorted into is NOT Gryffindor.
