Hannah Davis and Derek Jeter tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at the Meadowood Napa Valley Resort in St. Helena, CA, over the weekend, and now we're finally getting a peek at their gorgeous nuptials. The model donned not one but two beautiful custom gowns by Vera Wang, while Derek looked dapper in a black tux. According to the New York Post, the wedding was attended by fewer than 100 guests, which included Derek's close friends Jorge Posada, Andruw Jones, and Tino Martinez.
The couple began dating in 2012, and Derek popped the question three years later.
