3 New Stars Are Joining The Umbrella Academy in Season 2 — Here's Who They're Playing

The Umbrella Academy's first season leaves off on one hell of a cliffhanger, which is why we've been practically on the edge of our seats waiting for news about season two of the sci-fi series. Now it seems the cast of the show, which was renewed back in April by Netflix, is getting a little bigger — the streaming giant announced on Sept. 10 that the second season will see the introduction of three new faces to the ensemble. Marin Ireland as Sissy
The Y: The Last Man actress is joining the cast as a character named Sissy. According to Netflix, she'll be a "fearless, no-nonsense Texas mom who married young for all the wrong reasons. Still in her prime, she's eager to rediscover what life and love has to offer." Does that mean Sissy will find love with one of the Academy members? Hmm . . .
Ritu Arya as Lila
Ritu Arya (Humans) will play Lila in season two, who Netflix describes as "a chameleon who can be as brilliant or as clinically insane as the situation requires." Interesting, no? The streaming giant also hinted that she'd have "a twisted sense of humor," which makes us think she'll get along splendidly with Klaus.
Yusuf Gatewood as Raymond
Meet Raymond! Played by the Good Omens alum, the character will be a smart, confident, charismatic leader who Netflix says is "the kind of guy everyone wants to know." Raymond will also be "a devoted husband," though it hasn't been revealed to whom he's betrothed.
Ellen Page as Vanya
Season one of the show concludes with the Hargreeves siblings moving past their differences and finally uniting as the superheroes their father always wanted them to be, as well as making a dangerous temporal leap to save Vanya. Luckily she'll still be in the picture, since Ellen Page is reprising her role!
Robert Sheehan as Klaus
The Misfits star goes through it in season one as the sassy, sarcastic Klaus. Will he have an easier go of it in season two? Fingers crossed.
Tom Hopper as Luther
Luther (GOT alum Tom Hopper) and his, uh, unique body will be back for season two. As for those sparks between him and Allison? Hmm . . .
Aidan Gallagher as Number Five
The Umbrella Academy's youngest cast member, Aidan Gallagher (Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn), will be back as his time-traveling character.
David Castaneda as Diego
Yep, you can expect the knife-wielding Diego to make a repeat appearance in season two as he presumably helps his siblings solve the Vanya problem.
Emmy Raver-Lampman as Allison
Poor Allison — will she ever talk again?! And what's going on with her daughter? Oh, and her relationship with Luther? Will we get some answers? Let's hope.
Justin Min as Ben
Justin Min is coming back for season two to play the mysterious Ben Hargreeves.
