It’s Easy to See Why These Breaktaking Pictures Won an International Birth Photography Contest

Sophia Costa of The Sophia Co

Nearly 700 images were submitted to be considered for the International Association of Professional Birth Photographers' 2020 Image of the Year Competition, but only a few could go home with the winning titles. Of the incredible photos submitted, just 10 were selected as the winners of six judges' choice categories — like best in birth details and best in postpartum — and six members' choice picks for the same categories.

Keep scrolling to see all of the winners, though be aware that while birth is beautiful and all of these photos are stunning, you can expect some nudity and, of course, women in all stages of labor.
