Being asked to be a bridesmaid is such an honor, but finding the right dress is *almost* as stressful as helping the bride find hers. It's the year 2020, and so much has changed in the world of wedding traditions, so we think it's only right that the bridesmaids feel beautiful too! But, if you're a bride, how exactly do you pick something that everyone will like, including you? Well, we've got you covered.

We're breaking bridesmaid dresses down into three basic categories, but we're of the mind that there should always be multiple silhouettes, because there are multiple bodies wearing these dresses. The first option is the same color family. For example, if you're getting married in the Fall, you could do Fall colors, like burgundy, rust, and charcoal. Spring or beach weddings could do all pastels; the world is your oyster. Second is all different colors, and it may seem chaotic at first, but it actually looks really cool, like a natural group of friends that all got together. Lastly, there are brides that are committed to the same color, and if that's you, there are so many ways to make it modern. We love different shades of the same color, so if you choose green, go with some in hunter, some in olive, and some in sage. Additionally, play with mixing up the fabrics; different textures are beautiful in a photo.

We found some seriously cool bridesmaid inspo pics, as well as plenty of fun, flattering options everyone will love. Bridesmaid dress shopping does not have to be anxiety-inducing, because we did the hard work for you, and now all you have to do is shop!
