Grab a Band For This 10-Minute Lower-Body HIIT Workout

Join Supernatural coach Raneir Pollard for a 10-minute lower-body HIIT workout alongside class members Leilani Terris and Poofy Moffitino. This routine is a quick one, so you'll start with a super-short warmup before you get into working on squat jumps, lateral squats, skaters, and so much more. Feel free to add a hip band (aka a mini band or small-loop resistance band) to many of these moves for an added challenge; otherwise, you'll still feel the booty burn if you're going bodyweight only. In just 10 minutes, you'll be dripping in sweat and feel accomplished!
