Get Strong, Lean Thighs With This Low-Impact, 20-Minute Bodyweight Workout

There's no equipment needed for this 20-minute workout that targets the inner and outer thighs, so grab a mat or carpeted space and let's do this! Canfitpro-certified trainer Heather Robertson created this low-impact workout using just bodyweight moves, but wrote in the caption of the video, "If you are looking to increase the intensity of this thigh workout, you can add dumbbells or ankle weights when possible." She added that this is a quick and effective workout for toning the thighs that you can do on its own, but you can also tack it on after a run, ride, a cardio dance workout, or her no jumping HIIT cardio plus abs workout.
