Whether you're vegan or your princess- and pirate-loving kiddos are, heading to Disneyland, the "happiest place on earth," won't feel very happy if your family is starving. Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on Main Street, USA: All of its recipes can be made using Rice Dream or Tofutti

Bengal Barbecue in Adventureland: Outback Vegetable Skewer (note it is cooked on the same grill as meat; ask them to cook yours on foil); Mickey Mouse Pretzel

Tiki Juice Bar in Adventureland: Dole Whip Sorbet (recipe was reformulated in 2013 and now contains no dairy); Dole Whip Float
