Though we often associate ripe strawberries with Summer, the truth is they reach their peak during the Springtime. That's why I can't pass up deals like three quarts for $10 at the grocery store. Problem is, how do I use up all that fruit before it rots? Easy! Smoothies. First, I use this method for freezing berries. That way, I can always have frozen berries on hand. Then, I keep my fridge stocked with some basics, like vanilla almond milk (Pop & Bottle is my current obsession) as well as some Greek yogurt and honey, and, well, that's all the makings of a smoothie. Ready to press "blend"?

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust with more almond milk and honey if needed.
