We really and truly can't get enough macarons, and the more magical the better. Enter the mermaid macaron. We first saw them in this hipster Little Mermaid wedding shoot. Then, Instagram jumped ship and started decorating oyster-style cookies that are decorated more figuratively like mermaids than literally like mermaids. They're effortlessly elegant for an under-the-sea-themed party or soiree.
